The Challenge
We wanted to come up with a new look for the site, and the challenge was to showcase our services and portfolio in detail and a minimalistic approach.
The Team
A well-versed team consisting of professional and experienced developers, and content writers, with all the UI UX efforts on the integration led by myself, and my colleague who’s also the founder of the company.
Process
Following the Design Thinking approach we developed a plan which is divided into three stages:
Understand
Understand the product, clarify initial assumptions, uncover user pain-points, and insights.
Wireframe & Design
Visualize the solutions in a way that they can be validated as well as refined early and often.
Evolve
Design never ends, but we need to continue our pursuit of perfection by improving the product on a consistent basis.
Wireframe
A wireframe is the skeleton of the design. My wireframe versions will be more than the UI design versions because I believe outer shape will form based on its inner engineering.
For the new look of CGAlive, we wanted to present our services and portfolio with a better approach. We’ve introduced splash video, and categorized our services, our mastery, our tech stack, and our branding.

A splash page is your virtual business card. Splash is not a landing page, but rather a large window that should promote a service or product. How CGAlive is ahead from the rest, presented with a beautiful video background.
